Chantal is one of the founding members of Civil Landworks Corporation since 2011. Responsible for all financial matters, including accounting, income tax compliance, benefits administration and liability insurance procurement.

David Caron, PE

Principal Engineer

David Caron, is the founding member of Civil Landworks Corporation since 2011.  David has more than 18 years of experience in civil and construction engineering and is a registered professional engineer in the State of California, Nevada, and Arizona.  David is responsible and oversees the engineering and design of all projects including residential, governmental, commercial, industrial, and military projects.

David received his Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from California State University, Fullerton, California.  He has obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Biosystems Engineering at McGill University in Montreal Quebec, Canada.

Justin Fong

Senior Engineering Designer
Justin graduated from San Diego State University in 2012 with his B.S. in Civil Engineering.  He was the first employee of Civil Landworks and has been with the company since March of 2014.  He has experience in hydrology and storm water management practices and utilizes AutoCAD Civil at an advanced level to meet project expectations and goals.  In his free time, he enjoys going to San Diego State University sporting events and Disneyland.

Paul Nong, M. Sc. Engineering, EIT

Project Engineer

Paul received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic University, Pomona, and his M.S. in Civil/Environmental Engineering from California State University, Fullerton.  Since joining Civil Landworks Corp in late 2014, he has delivered and assisted with numerous civil engineering designs for clients in San Diego County and Riverside County.  Paul served a project engineer and main designer for residential and commercial developments and military projects.  He has expertise in Autodesk Civil 3D, grading and drainage, street improvements, hydrology, hydromodification, and storm water quality management plans, and help provides quality project to clients.  Paul is a snowboarding addict and loves to travel whenever he gets a chance.
